With your consent, we may also receive relevant information from your GP, fertility specialist, obstetrician, hospital, pathology provider, imaging provider or other healthcare professionals involved in your care.

Your information is collected to provide first trimester midwifery care and pregnancy support, assess and coordinate your care, arrange referrals and investigations, communicate with you regarding appointments and clinical care, manage billing and administration, and comply with our legal, regulatory and professional obligations.

However, this may not be possible where your identity is required to provide safe clinical care, arrange investigations or referrals, process Medicare claims, or where identification is otherwise required by law.
